First what I did like about the book:It is really fast paced and easy to get throu. There were more than one triangle in the story, which made it easier not to focus only on the twins and Alex. The story it self was very promesing. Now, what I didn't like so much:The twins. Adina has some issues. SERIOUSLY. But that doesn't excuse her for being a total nut job. Everyone is making excuses for her behavior and letting it slide because they feel sorry for her, so she gets away with everything.Fred....I'm sorry but what a wuss. He needs a serious transplant of back bone. If there is anyone babying and 'over protecting' Adina, its Fred. Maybe he feels responsible or guilty about Adina's sittuation, but he is definetly not helping her by making up excuses to save her ass.Alex. *Sigh* .She has a wierd, unhealthy relationship with almost everyone in this book, and she STILL lets them slid by. The cheater dad, the weird, unhealthy twins, the best friend, the alcoholic mom. I felt sympathetic to her the first half od the book, because I felt sorry for her sittuation. Recently separeted parents, moved to another county in the middle of the school year, devastated mom, no friends, etc. But she just let people run over her one to many times. There's a point where you have to stand up for yourself. The ending. Excuse me but, WTF? I'm glad it was a very small book (Took me about 2.5 hours to finish), and there was alot more dialogue that descriptions, which helped with the fast pace. But the ending wasn't even abrup, it was just...weird. I have no idea what she was talking about in the last page which seriously made me lol.I think Mrs. Strasnick strived for an ending like the one she had in NOTHING LIKE YOU but this wasn't it.I will still read her next book cause I have faith in her. Over all a 2.5 to 2.75 star rating
